By accessing and using PrintFlow ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PrintFlow provides an online order management platform for print shops. The Service allows print shops to receive, manage, and track customer orders, upload files, and communicate with customers.

3. Account Registration

To use PrintFlow, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans: We offer monthly subscription plans and a one-time lifetime payment option.

Billing: Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance each month. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for subscription plans. Lifetime deals are non-refundable after 14 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Share your account with others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service

6. Content and File Upload

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content and files you upload to the Service.

License: By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for providing the Service.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.

File Storage: We retain uploaded files for 2 years unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, and content (excluding your uploaded content), is owned by PrintFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINTFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and data. You may request a data export before termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your State/Country].
